Trashlight Vision - Alibis & Ammunition

Reviewed on Aug 1, 2006 by mikey

If England is a fair representation of the whole of Europe, you've probably at least come across the name Trashlight Vision. If you are like me, you probably wondered for at least a couple of seconds one day whether they were a good band or not. Well, I am here right now to tell you that, without a shadow of a doubt, they are abysmal.

Posing as half-Rancid, half-MCR in the press photo on the album, the band actually play music that is like a really bad version of Guns N' Roses. And don't let that favourable comparison fool you - this album is more like sub-Towers of London than Slash and Axl. It's superficial stuff. Doubtless thats the intention, but it doesn't work.

Steer clear of this band and watch the trend for bands with absolutely zero talent for playing or songwriting like this lot die a slow and excruciatingly painful death. Please.
