Band Profile: Nailpin

Nailpin might sound new to a lot of people, but actually they've been around for almost three years now, playing live left and right, but mostly working very hard on songs.
About a year and a half ago there first demo was chosen “demo of the week” by the listeners of national radio Studio Brussels here in Belgium and soon after that they got offered a record deal… there label made us an offer they couldn’t resist… they were given an amazing amount of creative freedom…
Nailpin didn’t need to think long about how to translate this freedom into something concrete… Being rooted in the punkrock scene ànd being vinyl aficionados, they obviously wanted to have the first record out on vinyl… and thus happened: they got themselves a sweet, sizzling hot 10” record containing the first single ‘Together’ and B-Side ‘The Bet’… oh yeah!
On top of that they were given the freedom to release it on there own label ‘Stalemate Records’.
This thingy was produced by their good friend Oscar Holleman, who you might know from his production work for De Heideroosjes, Undeclinable, Krezip and Within Temptation.
